As a Business Analyst at ICE, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive business success. With a unique blend of technical and business acumen, you'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify goals, create documentation, and support the development of data-driven insights.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with Data & Document Automation (DDA), an automation solution that automates key business processes for lenders, investors, and servicers. You'll analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve desired outcomes, manage our master data set, and assist with data-related problem solving.
