As a Desktop Support Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, as well as collaboration tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. You'll also be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace.
