As an IT Monitoring and Operations Center Engineer, you will be part of a 24x7 Global monitoring team, responsible for monitoring critical IT infrastructure across various Data Centers and Offices worldwide.
You will be tasked with performing Level 1 support to ensure the uptime of critical Production Infrastructure and Network equipment globally, working in rotational shifts including weekends and some holidays.
